- Balancing Budgets Prioritizing the Needs of the Most Vulnerable
- Providing Easy Access to City Information Improving Website and Responses to Requests

Developed and operated a 9 room Inn on Beacon Hill, redeveloped 6 small buildings with 28 modestly priced rentals or condo units, and maintained an ADU in our home, rented year-round for 7 years. MS in Real Estate finance and spent 15 years managing distressed commercial properties for large banks.
Lifetime public service as Legislative Staff, two term Provincetown Select Board member, Finance Committee and Housing Trust leader, and Community volunteer. Gained approval for 65 unit property as largest public private partnership opening doors for other collaborations.
